How do you make Pizza Zucchini Boats?
- Slice the zucchini lengthwise and use a small spoon to hollow out the inside of the zucchini.
- Combine the cooked Italian sausage, low carb marinara and Parmesan cheese in a medium size mixing bowl.
- Spoon the sausage mixture into the zucchini and top with shredded mozzarella.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is melted and the zucchini is tender.
