Friday – Keto Breakfast Pizza

This Keto Breakfast Pizza uses the same fat head dough as the sausage pinwheels! It is delicious and the perfect way to start a Friday. This recipe makes 1 pizza (6 slices), 4.6 net carbs per slice.

Lunch Recommendation (from Weekly Lunch Ideas) — Keto Tuna Salad, 1.8 net carbs

Dinner Recommendation (from Easy Keto Meal Plan) – Pepperoni Pizza Bites, 1 net carb each

Bonus – Simple Iced Coffee

This Simple Iced Coffee is made using cold brew coffee. Learn just how easy it is to make a perfect large batch of iced coffee for a fraction of the coffee house price!

A Simple Iced Coffee is such a great way to start any day! A sugar-free syrup of your choice (vanilla is my favorite!) and homemade cold brew bring the coffee house to your kitchen. This recipe makes 1 iced coffee, just 2 carbs.

Keto Meal Prep Tips:

  • You can prep the sausage by cooking a pound of sausage. Separate into 1 cup and 1/2 pound portions. Prep the bacon by cooking it all at once, then chop 1 cup of bacon and set aside 2 slices. You can air fry it, too!
  • Wash and dry your blueberries, then store them in a mason jar to keep them fresh if you’re not ready to cook until later.
  • Make 2 batches of fat head dough, 1 for the pinwheels and 1 for the pizza. The fat head dough can be made up to 3 days ahead of time, wrapped in plastic, and left in the fridge, but you will need to reheat it well to be able to roll out for the crust. If you want to make more batches, fat head dough can be frozen up to 3 months.
  • Cold brew your coffee ahead of time–It will keep in the fridge 7-10 days, so you can mix up an iced coffee every morning of the week.
  • Each recipe (except the coffee) this week can be frozen for easy breakfasts this week and longer!
    • To keep a crispy crust on the sausage pinwheels and the pizza when reheating, use the air fryer or toaster oven.
    • Freeze muffins, egg muffins, pinwheels, and pizza slices by cooling completely then wrapping individually in a couple layers of plastic wrap. This will prevent freezer burn and will allow you to take out only the amount you need.
    • To freeze and reheat the breakfast tortilla, just cook it, allow it to cool, then wrap it in foil before freezing in a freezer bag. Make several of these one day and be prepared for a quick on-the-go meal. It’s best to thaw overnight in the fridge, then air fry (or microwave) to reheat.

I love hearing about the different Christmas traditions people have. Some people get up super early, open gifts, go back to bed, then eat a big brunch. Others have a traditional breakfast and leave the gifts for later. Some have a little breakfast/brunch buffet that stays out half the day so everyone can graze as they please! I just love thinking about all the different ways we incorporate food into our traditions.

This list of 40+ Keto Christmas Breakfast Recipes has such a wide variety of low carb breakfast and keto brunch recipes–Keto waffles, biscuits, quiches, casseroles… There really is something for everyone! Many of these would be super easy to make ahead of time so that you simply have to rewarm the dish in the morning, saving you time and effort. You can easily keep to your keto lifestyle without non-keto family members throwing a fuss or even knowing that they’re having a low-carb breakfast!

What do I need for low carb Christmas breakfast ideas?

If you’re new to cooking keto, there may be a few things that you’ll need to add to your pantry. You may have already made a few of my favorite keto recipes- I’m obsessed with these Mini Keto Chocolate Chip Cheesecakes and these Keto Red Velvet Cookies!

First, you’ll need flour. I have had great results with this almond flour or this coconut flour. Depending on the recipe you choose to make, you may need a few other items. For example, here is a great sugar free peppermint syrup and some great sugar free chocolate chips. If a recipe calls for a sweetener, I usually use monkfruit or Swerve. These do not impact your blood sugar, are lower in calories, and are keto- and diabetic-friendly! 

Kid-friendly keto recipes

Whether you’re cooking for family, friends, or the office- everyone will love these recipes! All of these recipes are keto, gluten free, low carb, and diabetic-friendly! Each of these 40+ Keto Christmas Breakfast Recipes pack a seriously flavorful punch without sacrificing on health!

I am a huge Christmas lover. The second the Halloween decorations get put up, my husband is counting down the days until I inevitably break out the tinsel and the tree. I can’t help it! I get a little caught up in the season.

Over the past few Christmases, I’ve gotten more creative with my cooking to incorporate my keto diet into the celebration! I always make sure that my recipes are gluten free, but now that I’m keto, I’m making sure we have a low-carb Christmas meal, too!

From the time you wake up until the time you go to bed, I have got your entire holiday covered! In our house, Christmas has always been a full day long celebration, so I wanted to be sure to cover every aspect of your holiday cooking so you could be sure to enjoy the full day while keeping it keto!

I’ve made sure to include tons of keto breakfast recipes, side dishes, appetizers, main courses and of course- desserts! With so much variety in these recipes, you’re sure to find something every member of your family will love. Everyone will be coming back to fill their plates for seconds (or thirds!).

What do I need for easy Keto Christmas Recipes?

It’s always best to do a little prep before a big holiday cooking spree- so check your cupboard and refresh as necessary! I always recommend that people are sure to read recipes thoroughly so you’re sure that you’re not missing any ingredients.

If you’re new to cooking keto, there are a few different items you’ll need to become familiar with. One of them is flour- to keep your baking keto friendly, use almond flour or coconut flour. There are also several different types of sugar substitutes you’ll need- I like this Swerve sweetener. There’s also a great powdered sugar substitute as well as a brown sugar substitute.
