Have you tried pre making these and freezing them? I just don’t know if they would get crispy or not.

Hi Tamika, if you are keeping it keto your options are almond flour, coconut flour or pork rind panko (just crushed pork rinds until they resemble breadcrumbs) I think the almond flour or the pork rind panko work great for this recipe, the coconut flour doesn't really get crispy though.
